The Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner for Sensitive Skin is the version of Haruharu Wonder's best-selling toner made specifically for sensitive skin: the same base of fermented Korean black rice and hyaluronic acid (600 ppm), but free of alcohol, fragrance and essential oils.
It works as a first essence — the first liquid step after cleansing that preps the skin and helps everything after it absorb better (the brand calls it Ultra Deep Technology). With 95% natural ingredients, vegan and cruelty-free, it leaves skin hydrated, soft and calm.
